Capacity and workload fit

At 960 GB the drive provides ample space for read intensive and mixed use enterprise datasets. It handles database tables, virtual machine images and cached analytics comfortably. Write intensive or sustained heavy logging workloads will exhaust endurance sooner than higher DWPD alternatives. The SATA 6 Gb/s interface caps peak throughput below SAS or NVMe options.

Thermals and power in normal use

The 2.5 inch form factor fits standard drive bays and draws modest power during typical read heavy operations. Heat output remains low enough for conventional server airflow without extra cooling. Acoustic output is negligible because the drive has no moving parts. Power consumption scales with queue depth but stays within normal SATA SSD limits.
