Dual Xeon Platinum 8260L server

The HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 arrives with two Xeon Platinum 8260L processors, each running at 2.4 GHz with 24 cores and 35.75 MB cache. 384 GB of DDR4 ECC registered memory is installed across the board. The chassis supports up to eight 2.5-inch drive bays and includes a Smart Array P408 SAS controller for SATA storage. Integrated graphics and HPE iLO Advanced remote management are standard.

Build integration and expansion

Two 500 W Flex Slot power supplies are fitted, leaving room for additional drives, network cards or GPU accelerators in the available PCIe slots. The P408 controller handles SAS and SATA devices without extra cabling. Four onboard network ports — two 10 GbE and two 1 GbE — provide flexible connectivity for virtualization clusters or storage networks. Rail kits can be added for rack mounting.

Sustained-load behaviour

Firmware and BIOS are updated to the latest stable release before shipment, and each unit completes a full burn-in test. Dual processors and high core counts maintain throughput for database, virtualization and compute workloads over long periods. ECC memory and redundant power supplies protect data integrity during continuous operation. iLO Advanced enables remote monitoring and recovery without physical access.
