ATX 24-Pin Breakout Board with Adjustable Output

This board converts a standard ATX 24-pin supply into multiple fixed and adjustable rails. It provides 3.3 V, 5 V, 12 V and a 1.8 V to 10.8 V adjustable output for bench testing and embedded projects. The acrylic case kit encloses the PCB for safer handling on a workbench. Sustained Load Behaviour and Voltage Monitoring

Fixed rails deliver 3.3 V, 5 V and 12 V continuously within the limits of the host power supply. The adjustable rail spans 1.8 V to 10.8 V and is set by a front-panel knob. A three-digit LED shows the 12 V rail voltage in real time so drift can be spotted during long runs. Loads above 24 W on the 12 V rail are not supported by the design.

Acrylic Enclosure and Connection Layout

The red ABS board measures 60 mm by 99 mm and ships with an acrylic case kit that covers the solder side. Twelve USB 2.0 ports provide QC 2.0 and QC 3.0 charging alongside the screw-terminal voltage outputs. Each output maps to its own terminal block for tidy wiring. Users who require higher current than the screw terminals allow or need more than twelve USB ports should look elsewhere.
