The KHACHIMO unit is a new 1500W ATX power supply built for DL560, DL580 G8, DL580 G9 and S6500 systems. It carries 80 PLUS Gold certification for high efficiency operation that lowers power consumption, reduces noise and keeps temperatures cooler. Modern Standby compatibility gives extremely fast wake-from-sleep times and better low-load efficiency. Resonant LLC topology with DC-to-DC conversion delivers clean, consistent power and reduces coil whine.

This supply directly replaces the listed part numbers in the supported server models. The jump is worth it when the original unit has failed, when efficiency gains matter for operating cost, or when quieter operation is required. Zero RPM fan mode stops the fan entirely at low and medium loads for near-silent running. The DC-to-DC design also enables more energy efficient sleep states.

Practical limits of ATX in this form factor

The ATX form factor in these servers constrains cable routing and connector layout to the original chassis design. Maximum output is fixed at 1500W, so configurations that exceed this draw cannot be supported. Efficiency peaks at typical loads; very light or very heavy loads will fall below the Gold curve. No other interface or protocol is exposed beyond the standard ATX connections.
