Passive Heatsink for Khadas SBCs

This aluminium heatsink provides silent thermal management for Khadas VIM and Edge-V single-board computers. It uses 6063 aluminium with extended fins to increase surface area for fanless operation. The package includes model-specific thermal pads and four M2 crosshead screws for installation. It weighs 24.0 g and measures 81.0 x 49.1 x 8.9 mm.

Builders using Edge2, Edge, Captain, or the 3705 and 3004 cooling fans cannot use this heatsink due to mechanical incompatibility.

Handles standard loads; limited for high-power SoCs

The included blue thermal pad for VIM series measures 20.0 x 20.0 x 1.6 mm with 2.0W/mK conductivity. The pink pad for Edge-V is thinner at 0.8 mm with the same conductivity. VIM4 and Edge-V are supported but not recommended by the manufacturer, indicating thermal headroom may be insufficient for sustained heavy workloads on those platforms.
