The Lenovo ThinkStation Mini desktop pairs a 14th Gen i9-14900 processor with 24 cores and 32 threads with an NVIDIA T400 GPU that adds 4GB of GDDR6 memory. It ships with 8GB of DDR5 SO-DIMM memory and a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD, all driven by a 300W power supply inside a 7 by 7.25 by 1.5 inch chassis that weighs 3.1lb. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed.

Dual graphics and connectivity bundle

The T400 card supplies one full-size DisplayPort and three mini-DisplayPort outputs alongside the system HDMI port, enabling up to four simultaneous displays without adapters. A USB 3.2 Type-C port and a headphone/microphone combo jack sit on the front, while WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 handle wireless links and an RJ-45 jack provides wired networking. A USB keyboard and mouse are included in the box.

Power and memory ceiling limits

The 300W internal supply caps total system draw, so the i9-14900 cannot sustain its 5.8GHz turbo across all 24 cores indefinitely under heavy compute loads. Only a single SO-DIMM slot is populated with 8GB of DDR5, leaving no room for expansion without replacing the module. The mini form factor also prevents the addition of a second graphics card or extra internal storage bays.
