Galvanic Isolated TTL to RS422 Converter

This rail-mount module converts TTL signals into differential RS422 format for full duplex communication. It operates with 3.3 to 5 V logic levels and includes anti-reverse and over-voltage protection on the power input. Onboard unibody isolation covers both the power supply and digital channels, removing the need for a separate isolated supply. A TVS device suppresses surge and transient spike voltages for electrostatic protection.

Verify that the host device drives logic levels within the 3.3 to 5 V range supported by the converter. Confirm the pin-out matches the TTL source and that the differential RS422 lines meet the cabling requirements of the target system.
