Quick SATA-to-USB access

This USB 3.0 to SATA adapter cable connects any standard 2.5" or 3.5" SATA hard drive or solid-state drive to a computer through a USB 3.0 port. It is designed for users who need to back up files, upgrade a notebook drive or retrieve data from a bare drive without installing it inside a case. The cable works with Windows Vista through Windows 10, Mac OS X and PS4.

Powered 22-pin connector

The adapter uses a 22-pin SATA connector and includes a 12 V 2 A power adapter that supplies enough current for both 2.5" and 3.5" drives; the power supply is required when a 3.5" drive is attached. It is fully compatible with USB 3.0 and backwards compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1, supports plug-and-play and hot-swapping, and complies with serial ATA 2.0 standards.
