Two-pack 2.5″ SATA USB 3.0 enclosures

This two-pack provides a pair of black enclosures that turn 2.5 inch SATA hard drives or SSDs into portable USB 3.0 storage. Each unit accepts drives of 7 mm or 9.5 mm thickness and supports a maximum capacity of 3 TB. The aluminum-alloy and ABS construction adds rigidity while keeping the case light for travel. Hot-swap and plug-and-play operation mean no drivers are required on supported systems.

Suits drive-recovery and backup workflows

The enclosures work with Windows 98 through Windows 10 and Mac OS 8.6 or later, making them useful for accessing legacy notebook drives or creating quick backups. Backward compatibility with USB 2.0 and 1.1 ports allows connection to older hardware, though transfer rates fall to 480 Mbps on those interfaces. Builders who need to install drives internally or who require support for capacities above 3 TB will need a different solution.
