What this power supply delivers

The myVolts 12V 20A unit converts AC mains power into a regulated DC 12V output rated at 20A. It accepts a wide input range from AC 110V to 265V at 50/60Hz and includes overload, over-voltage and short-circuit protections. Cooling is by free convection so there is no fan noise. The enclosure weighs approximately 645g and measures 22.8oz.

Check your installation before ordering

Verify that your load requires a 12V DC supply and does not exceed 20A continuous current. Confirm the mains voltage at the site falls within the 110V to 265V range and that the ambient temperature stays between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius during operation. Ensure you can provide a safe earth connection and that the screw terminals for L, N, GND and V are accessible for wiring. The unit is designed for indoor use in non-condensing humidity up to 95%.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

This supply fits LED strip installations using 3528, 2835, 3014, 5050, 5630 or 5730 emitters, as well as CCTV cameras and similar 12V security equipment. It is not intended for loads that need a different output voltage or a current rating above 20A. Buyers who require adjustable output beyond the built-in trim, active cooling for higher ambient temperatures, or a different form factor should consider other options.
