This AT-type power supply module delivers 300W output from a 12V DC source with an input range of 11.4 to 12.6V. It includes over-current and short-circuit protection for safe operation in mini-ITX and 1U cases. The unit uses industrial solid capacitors for high temperature resistance and stable performance. A 24-pin ATX cable and DC input cable allow direct plug-and-play connection.

Sustained Load Behaviour with 85% Efficiency

Under continuous operation the module maintains 85% power efficiency while accepting a maximum input current of 25A. It is rated for a working temperature range of 0 to 55°C and humidity of 45% to 75%. The solid capacitor design supports stable output during extended use in embedded applications such as network servers, POS terminals and digital set-top boxes. Atmospheric pressure tolerance spans 86 to 106 kPa for varied deployment environments.

DC Input Constraints and Physical Limits

The module requires an external 12V DC power adapter capable of supplying up to 25A to reach the full 300W rating. Its compact board measures 154 x 35 x 15mm, fitting space-constrained ITX cases and 1U chassis. Storage conditions allow -40 to 70°C at 10% to 90% humidity for long-term shelf life. The package includes a 24-pin to 20-pin adapter cable and an AUX cable for flexible connectivity.
