Server-grade DDR5 module

This NEMIX RAM module provides 24GB of DDR5 memory rated at 6400MHz PC5-51200 with ECC and registered operation. It is built for servers and workstations that require error-correcting, buffered DIMMs running at 1.1V. The 288-pin RDIMM form factor fits compatible enterprise platforms only. It is not suitable for standard desktop or laptop computers.

Upgrading from slower DDR5 or smaller capacity

The jump to 6400MHz with CAS latency 52 benefits workloads that move large datasets through memory bandwidth-limited paths. Adding a 24GB 2Rx8 module increases total capacity while maintaining registered signal integrity for multi-DIMM configurations.
