This NEMIX RAM kit delivers 3TB of DDR4 server memory across twelve 256GB modules. It is built for enterprise platforms that require high-density registered DIMMs with error-correcting code. The load-reduced design lowers electrical load on the memory bus to support this capacity. It is not for standard desktop or workstation boards that accept only unbuffered UDIMMs.

Upgrade From Lower Density Kits

The kit replaces installations using smaller LRDIMM or RDIMM modules when the platform supports 8Rx4 organisation and DDR4 2933 speeds. The jump is worth it when workloads demand maximum memory footprint per socket and the motherboard qualifies this rank configuration. Systems limited to lower rank counts or slower data rates cannot use these modules.

Sustained Load Behaviour

Under continuous operation the modules run at 1.2V with CAS latency 21 at the rated 2933 MT/s data rate. The load-reduced buffer helps maintain signal integrity across all twelve slots during prolonged throughput.
