DDR4 3200 CL22 Speed and Voltage Limits

The modules run at DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) with a CAS latency of CL22 and a fixed 1.2 V operating voltage. The 288-pin DDR4 interface caps the maximum data rate at this frequency, so the system will not exceed the rated speed even if the CPU or chipset supports higher bins. The 2Rx8 organisation is a physical constraint of each 32 GB rank and cannot be altered by firmware.
