CL40 latency at 4800 MT/s

The modules run at DDR5-4800 (PC5-38400) with a CAS latency of 40, delivering 512 GB of registered ECC headroom for virtualisation, large databases and memory-intensive compute workloads. Four ranks per module (4Rx4) increase density but limit further expansion on boards with only four slots.

1.1 V operation without heat spreaders

Each DIMM operates at 1.10 V and ships without heat spreaders, relying on chassis airflow for cooling in typical 1U or 2U server enclosures. Power draw scales with all four modules populated, so adequate case ventilation is required to maintain stable temperatures under sustained load.
