The NVIDIA ConnectX-7 MCX715105AS-WEAT is a PCIe 5.0 x16 network card with one QSFP112 port. It targets hyperscale clouds, scientific-computing sites and enterprise data centres that need RDMA over InfiniBand or Ethernet at up to 400 Gb/s.
Hardware-accelerated engines sustain line-rate
On-board acceleration offloads networking, storage and security processing from host CPUs. The adapter maintains 400 Gb/s Ethernet or NDR InfiniBand continuously, with auto-negotiation down to 10 Gb/s Ethernet or SDR InfiniBand, while operating between 0 °C and 55 °C.
Replaces dual-port 200 Gb/s
The jump is justified when workloads saturate 200 Gb/s links or require NDR200 and HDR100 InfiniBand modes that older cards cannot negotiate. Buyers who need a second physical port or a different form factor should select another model.
