This single 256 GB DDR4 LRDIMM runs at 3200 MHz with CL22 latency and 1.2 V operation. It uses an 8Rx4 load-reduced ECC design on a 288-pin form factor. The module is built for Gigabyte MZ32-AR0, MZ32-AR1, MZ71-CE0, MZ71-CE1 and MZ72-HB0 platforms. It meets JEDEC and RoHS standards for warranty-safe deployment.

Suits multi-socket servers

Buyers who need maximum capacity per slot in compatible Gigabyte server boards will benefit from the 256 GB density. Systems that require unbuffered or registered ECC memory cannot use this load-reduced type. Desktop workstations and consumer motherboards are not supported. Mixing with other ECC types is explicitly not allowed.

Sustained throughput at rated JEDEC speeds

Under continuous load the module maintains 3200 MHz operation with CL22 timing at 1.2 V. Backward compatibility lets it clock down to 2133, 2400, 2666 or 2933 MHz when the platform demands it. Load-reduced buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller during extended multi-threaded workloads. ECC correction operates continuously without performance penalty.
