This 18.5" all-in-one panel PC integrates an Intel Core i5 6th Gen processor, 8GB DDR3 memory, 256GB SSD and 1TB HDD behind an IP65-rated front panel. It ships with Windows 10 Pro installed and is built for continuous 7×24 operation in industrial environments. The fanless aluminium chassis keeps the system silent and reduces moving-part failures. It targets integrators who need a compact, ready-to-run unit for machine interfaces, kiosks or process monitoring.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The fanless design relies on the aluminium alloy body to dissipate heat, so the operating ceiling is 50°C with the SSD and 40°C when the 1TB HDD is active. Under prolonged compute load the CPU will throttle to stay within those limits, making the platform suited to steady-state workloads rather than burst-heavy tasks. The 5-wire resistive touch layer remains functional across the full temperature range. Brightness is rated at 250cd/m² with a 1000:1 contrast ratio and a minimum 30,000-hour backlight life.

Installation and Common Issues

The unit measures 460.3×282.4×54.5mm and requires a 454×276.5mm cut-out for embedded mounting; buckle kits are included for panel, wall, desktop or cantilever fitting. Power is supplied via an external 12V DC adapter that accepts 100–240V AC input. Memory is a single SODIMM DDR3L module already at the 8GB maximum, and storage uses one mSATA slot plus one 2.5" SATA bay, so expansion requires removing an existing drive. The Mini PCIe slot with SIM holder supports add-on wireless cards, but no Wi-Fi or 4G module is fitted as standard.
