This 290W unit replaces the original power supply in Dell Optiplex 3020, 7020 and 9020 Mini Tower chassis as well as Precision T1700 and T20 towers. It matches the listed Dell part numbers including RVTHD, KPRG9 and HYV3H so the unit fits the proprietary mounting points and connector layout of those models only.

MT-only form factor constraint

The supply is built for the Mini Tower enclosure and will not install in USFF, SFF or DT variants such as the 3010 USFF, 3010 SFF or 3010 DT. The two output headers — a four-wire four-pin and an eight-wire eight-pin — follow the Dell pin-out for these MT motherboards, so cable routing and keying are correct only in that chassis family.

290W continuous capacity

Rated at 290W maximum DC output from a 100-240V 5.4A AC input, the unit delivers the same wattage the original Dell supply provided for the supported Optiplex and Precision MT systems. It handles the standard CPU, memory and integrated graphics load of those platforms; adding a discrete graphics card or extra drives that push total draw above 290W would exceed the headroom.
