The Reolink Altas Go PT is a 2K 4MP wireless security camera that connects through 4G LTE instead of Wi-Fi, making it suitable for farms, construction sites or holiday homes without fixed broadband. It includes a 12 W solar panel and a large battery rated for up to seven months of operation on a single charge. Pan and tilt cover 355° horizontally and 90° vertically with automatic subject tracking. Footage is stored locally on a microSD card for full privacy.

Solar power and local storage

A 20,000 mAh battery pairs with the 12 W panel to deliver continuous power; the supplier notes that ten minutes of sunlight can sustain 24 hours of recording under lab conditions. The camera requires only a compatible nano-SIM and a microSD card to operate, removing the need for network cables, a router or a cloud subscription. A USB Type-C port allows occasional wired charging if required. The external antenna helps maintain signal in fringe coverage areas.

Night vision and environmental specs

Dual night-vision modes use three 940 nm infrared LEDs for 10 m monochrome range and three 6500 K spotlights for colour imaging in low light. The 1/1.8" CMOS sensor with an F1.0 aperture gathers four times more light than an F1.6 1/2.7" reference design. The housing is rated for outdoor use in wet conditions. Two-way audio and smart detection for people, vehicles and animals reduce false alerts while the 10-second pre-record buffer captures events before the trigger.
