Server ECC UDIMM kit

This 32 GB kit contains two 16 GB DDR4 2400 modules built for servers and workstations that require error-correcting code memory. Each stick is an unbuffered 288-pin DIMM with a 2Rx8 dual-rank layout and CL17 latency. The 1.2 V operating voltage helps limit power draw and heat in dense configurations.

Platform checklist before ordering

Confirm the motherboard accepts unbuffered DDR4 ECC UDIMMs and can run at 2400 MT/s with CL17 timing. Verify that the CPU and chipset support ECC functionality, as some consumer platforms disable it.
