This 256 GB microSDXC card targets mobile gamers and content creators who need reliable storage for 4K video and large game libraries on smartphones, tablets or handheld consoles. The included SD adapter extends compatibility to cameras, mirrorless bodies and notebooks that accept full-size SD cards. Buyers who need more than 256 GB or who require UHS-II speeds will not be served by this model.

Build integration

The card uses the UHS-I interface with Class 10 and U3 ratings, so it works in any device that supports microSDXC or SDXC via the supplied adapter. No external power, drivers or special slots are required beyond a standard card reader or built-in slot. Its 6-way protection — waterproof, temperature-resistant, X-ray-proof, magnet-resistant, drop-proof and wear-free — reduces the risk of data loss in harsh environments. Users without a microSD or SD slot cannot use this product.

Sustained workload behaviour

Sequential read reaches 180 MB/s and write reaches 130 MB/s, allowing continuous 4K UHD recording and fast bulk transfers without the slowdowns typical of lower-class cards. The 2023-series controller maintains these rates across long sessions rather than only in short bursts. Workloads demanding sustained write speeds above 130 MB/s or random I/O performance beyond Class 10 will hit the card’s ceiling.
