The Seagate Exos X24 ST12000NM002H is a 12 TB 3.5-inch internal hard drive built for continuous operation in servers and storage arrays. Its helium-sealed design reduces internal turbulence, allowing seven platters to spin at 7200 RPM within a standard drive height. The drive uses conventional magnetic recording and supports both 512e and 4Kn sector formats for broad system compatibility.
