The SMUGDESK development board integrates a Raspberry Pi RP2040 dual-core ARM Cortex-M0+ chip with a 1.28-inch circular IPS screen. It targets makers, educators and engineers building wearable devices, sensor nodes or compact IoT prototypes that need on-board visual feedback.
Built-in 65K colour IPS panel and 6-axis IMU
The 240×240 round display provides wide-angle colour output for menus, graphs or animations without external wiring. A pre-soldered accelerometer and gyroscope module delivers tilt, vibration and rotation data, removing the need for separate sensor boards in motion-sensing projects.
USB Type-C only for power and programming
The single USB-C port handles supply, firmware flashing and serial communication, so a host computer or compatible charger is always required. No wireless radios, battery circuitry or additional GPIO headers are populated, limiting standalone or headless deployments.
