SATA to SAS riser card for enterprise drives

This riser card converts a standard SATA 22pin interface to a SAS 29pin connector so a regular motherboard or controller can communicate with enterprisegrade SAS hard drives. It supports SATA 3.0 6Gbps bandwidth and comes with a SATA cable for immediate plugandplay use with both 2.5inch and 3.5inch SAS HDDs.

Verify controller and power before ordering

Confirm your host system provides a native SATA 3.0 port and that the controller can recognise SAS drives attached through a SATA interface. The card does not supply drive power, so a separate Molex or SATA power connection from the PSU to the SAS HDD is still required for operation.
