The Synology RS826RP+ is a compact 1U rackmount NAS powered by an AMD Ryzen V1500B quad-core processor running at 2.2 GHz. It comes fully assembled with 4GB of DDR4 RAM, 1.6TB of enterprise cache using two 800GB SSDs, and four 12TB Synology Plus NAS drives providing 48TB of raw storage. Four Hot-Swappable Bays with Expansion
The chassis provides four hot-swappable drive bays supporting 3.5-inch SATA hard drives and 2.5-inch SATA SSDs. Capacity can be extended to eight bays and up to 192TB of raw storage by attaching one Synology RX426 expansion unit. A PCIe Gen3 slot allows the addition of 10GbE or 25GbE network adapters, an M.2 SSD adapter, or a combined M.2 and 10GbE adapter for flexible I/O upgrades.
