The UOTEK UT-782 adds two RS-232 ports to a desktop or industrial PC through a single PCI Express x1 slot. It targets engineers and integrators who need reliable serial connectivity for POS terminals, ATMs, automation equipment or legacy peripherals. The card uses a DR44 female connector that breaks out to two standard DB9 interfaces. Each port supports full modem control signals including DCD, DTR, DSR, RTS, CTS and RI.
