Socket LGA 1851 Mini-ITX board

The ASRock B860I WiFi is a Mini-ITX motherboard built for Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processors on the LGA 1851 socket. It targets compact workstations and gaming systems that need a full feature set in a small footprint. The Intel B860 chipset provides mainstream connectivity without overclocking the CPU itself. Two DDR5 slots support up to 128 GB of memory.

DDR5 8933 OC and dual M.2 under load

Sustained memory throughput relies on the 8+1+1+1+1 power phase design feeding the two DDR5 slots, which are rated for DDR5 8933+(OC) via Intel XMP 3.0. The CPU-linked Blazing M.2 socket runs at PCIe Gen5x4 for the primary NVMe drive, while the chipset Hyper M.2 socket adds a second Gen4x4 slot. Mini-ITX install notes and common issues

The board uses standard Mini-ITX mounting holes and a 24-pin ATX plus 8-pin EPS power layout. Only two DDR5 slots exist, so 128 GB requires 64 GB modules that must be non-ECC un-buffered DIMMs or CUDIMMs. The PCIe 5.0 x16 slot shares bandwidth with the primary M.2 when an NVMe boot drive is used.
