SAS interface and controller limits

The PERC H730 RAID controller supports SAS and SATA drives at 12 Gbps and manages RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 across the installed three 2 TB 7.2 K SAS disks. Maximum raw capacity reaches 52 TB when all twelve bays are populated, and the controller occupies a dedicated slot so all six PCIe 3.0 slots remain free for additional I/O.
