Capacity and headroom

Each port delivers up to 12Gb/s, so eight drives can saturate the x8 link under heavy sequential workloads. RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 1/0 and 5/0 are supported alongside JBOD and single-disk modes, though RAID 6 is unavailable on macOS.
