The HPE BL460c Gen10 is a half-height blade designed for dense compute clusters. Two Xeon Silver 4112 processors deliver eight cores at 2.6 GHz for virtualisation and database workloads. 64 GB of DDR4 ECC registered memory supports demanding multi-tenant environments. Integrated iLO Advanced enables remote firmware updates and power control across the enclosure.

Smart Array P204i-b with dual 1.8 TB SAS drives

The onboard Smart Array P204i-b SR controller manages two 2.5-inch 1.8 TB SAS hard drives in hardware RAID 0 or 1. FlexFabric 20 Gb dual-port adapter provides converged network and storage connectivity through the enclosure midplane. Hot-plug drive carriers allow replacement without shutting down the blade or the surrounding chassis.

Enclosure-cooled thermal design
