Operating at 1.2V, the modules draw minimal power and run without heat spreaders, relying on chassis airflow to stay cool in dense 1U or 2U servers. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, helping keep system power draw predictable under sustained load.

Build integration

The 288-pin RDIMM form factor fits standard DDR4 server slots and the 2Rx8 organisation works with the platform's memory topology. ECC and registration are mandatory for the target boards, so non-ECC or unbuffered DIMMs cannot be mixed with this kit.
