Compact 92mm cooler for small builds

The NH-U9B SE2 is a low-profile air cooler designed for compact cases and quiet HTPC systems. It uses a 92mm NF-B9 fan with SSO bearing and SecuFirm2 mounting for LGA1156, LGA1155 and LGA1366 sockets. The package includes NT-H1 thermal compound and a second fan for dual-fan operation.

Height clearance of 125mm with fan fitted

Total height reaches 125mm when the fan is installed, so the cooler fits only in cases that allow at least this much CPU cooler clearance. Width is 95mm and depth is 120mm, making it suitable for tight layouts where taller towers cannot be used.

Noise ranges from 7.9 to 17.6 dBA across 1000-1600

Airflow spans 24.2 to 37.87 CFM while the SSO-bearing fan stays very quiet at low speed. Copper base and heat-pipes with aluminium fins and nickel plating transfer heat efficiently. Weight is 550g with one fan or 640g with two. Not compatible with Xeon 5500 platform due to custom backplate.
