The NZXT Kraken Z63 is a 280mm all-in-one liquid cooler designed for builders who want a prominent 2.36" LCD screen on the pump head. It fits Intel sockets from LGA 115x through LGA 1700 and AMD AM4, while Threadripper mounting requires a separate bracket. The package includes two 140mm Aer P fans and 400mm nylon-sleeved tubing.

2.36" LCD screen with 24-bit color and CAM

The defining feature is the pump-mounted display that shows custom images, animated GIFs or real-time system data through NZXT CAM. Orientation can be rotated digitally by 90° for easier viewing after installation. An integrated NZXT RGB connector allows synchronized lighting with other NZXT accessories.

Two 140mm fans rated 21 to 38 dBA at 500 to 1800 RPM

The Aer P fans use chamfered intake and fluid dynamic bearings to move 27.27 to 98.17 CFM across the 315 x 143 x 30 mm aluminum radiator.
