Dual-bay NVMe and SATA dock for drive migration
The Orico T18C3 accepts one M.2 NVMe M-Key SSD up to 8TB and one 2.5 or 3.5-inch SATA drive up to 22TB. It is built for professionals who need fast offline cloning between the two protocols without a host computer. The enclosure is not for users who require M.2 SATA SSD support or more than two simultaneous drives.
Before ordering check drive protocol and capacity
Verify that the M.2 drive uses an M-Key NVMe interface in 2230, 2242, 2260 or 2280 form factor; M.2 SATA SSDs will not work. Confirm the SATA drive does not exceed 22TB and the NVMe drive does not exceed 8TB. Ensure the target disk is larger than the source disk before starting a clone operation. A 12V3A power adapter is included for stable operation.
Aluminium chassis with cooling modules
The aluminium body and dedicated M.2 heatsink dissipate heat during long copy jobs. A 10-minute sleep timer spins drives down when idle; press the dial to wake the unit. USB 3.2 Gen 2 delivers up to 10Gbps for NVMe and 5Gbps for SATA through the supplied Type-C to Type-A cable.

What comes in the box and do I need to buy any drives or cables separately?
The enclosure includes a 12 V 3 A power adapter and a 2-in-1 USB Type-C to Type-A cable. You must supply your own M.2 NVMe M-Key SSD (2230/2242/2260/2280) and/or 2.5"/3.5" SATA HDD or SSD; no drives are included.
Which drive types and capacities does each bay actually support?
Bay one accepts M.2 NVMe M-Key SSDs in 2230, 2242, 2260 or 2280 lengths up to 8 TB. Bay two takes 2.5" or 3.5" SATA HDDs or SSDs up to 22 TB. M.2 SATA SSDs are not supported in either bay.
What does the 10 Gbps headline speed mean when I connect the dock to my laptop?
The 10 Gbps (USB 3.2 Gen 2) rate applies only when an NVMe SSD is installed and the host port supports 10 Gbps. With a SATA drive the link tops out at 5 Gbps, and actual throughput will be lower if your computer's USB port is slower.
