Server ECC RDIMM for Lenovo ThinkSystem

This 32GB DDR4 2666MHz module is built for Lenovo ThinkSystem SR550, SR570, SR590, SR630 and SR650 servers. It delivers registered ECC reliability for workloads that cannot tolerate data corruption. The part replaces Lenovo numbers 4X70P98203 and 7X77A01304. It is not compatible with standard desktop computers.

288-pin registered DIMM without heat spreader

The module uses a 288-pin DDR4 form factor and operates at 1.2V with CL19 latency. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing larger configurations in multi-socket Xeon systems. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow in the server chassis handles cooling. Mixing with unbuffered memory is not supported.

32GB capacity at DDR4 2666 CL19
