Full-profile bracket with standard D-Sub connectors

The card uses a full-height bracket so it fits typical tower chassis without a low-profile swap. Both DB25 and DB9 ports are mounted directly on the bracket, giving secure screw-down connections that resist vibration in rack or bench environments. The Asix AX99100 controller handles the parallel interface while a 16C950 UART drives the serial side.

Replaces the PEX1S1P952
