This 3U rackmount chassis accepts E-ATX and ATX motherboards and ships with a 1U 920W redundant Platinum power supply featuring PMbus monitoring. Eight 3.5" hot-swap bays support SAS and SATA drives, while two 5.25" bays remain available for optical or auxiliary devices. Seven full-height, full-length expansion slots provide room for multiple add-in cards.

Hot-swap drive cage and cooling layout

The backplane uses the SAS833/835 design with an AMI MG9072 controller, allowing drive replacement without tools or downtime. Three 80mm hot-swap PWM fans at the front and two 80mm rear hot-swap exhaust PWM fans maintain airflow and can be swapped while the system runs. Redundant power modules and fan trays are all accessible from the front or rear for simplified service.
