The Thermal Grizzly PhaseSheet PTM is a 50x40mm thermal pad built on phase-change material. It stays solid at room temperature for clean, easy handling and only liquefies above 45°C to fill microscopic gaps. The pad is non-electrically conductive, making it safe for direct use on CPUs, GPUs and other sensitive electronics.

Requires high mounting pressure for best results

Optimum distribution of the liquid phase demands a contact pressure of around 300-400N. Without sufficient pressure the pad cannot achieve its lowest possible layer thickness, limiting heat transfer. The material also contracts on solidification to minimise the pump-out effect caused by differing thermal expansion between copper coolers and silicon dies.

Durability rated at approximately 10 thermal cycles
