The Thermaltake Riing Quad 14 is a 140mm case and radiator fan sold as a single unit. It uses a hydraulic bearing and nine blades to deliver 60.17 CFM at speeds between 500 and 1500 RPM while producing 25 dBA. The fan connects via a USB 2.0 nine-pin header for PWM control and RGB power.

Four rings with 54 addressable LEDs

Four concentric light rings at the front contain 54 LEDs in total — 18 on each of the outer two rings and 9 on each of the inner two. NeonMaker software lets users create custom lighting profiles or download hundreds of community presets. The fan also synchronises with motherboard RGB ecosystems and the TT RGB Plus platform without an included controller or cables.

140mm size with USB 2.0 nine-pin power

This fan fits standard 140mm mounting points and is 25mm thick. The USB 2.0 nine-pin connector supplies both PWM speed control and RGB power, so the motherboard or a compatible hub must provide that specific header. Builders whose cases or controllers only offer 4-pin PWM or 3-pin ARGB connectors cannot use this fan without an adapter.
