The ASUS BQ16 Pro is a single quad-band WiFi 7 mesh router designed for homes up to 4,000 square feet. It delivers combined wireless rates of up to 30,000 Mbps across 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and two 6 GHz radios, each running 4x4 streams. Multi-Link Operation and 4096-QAM increase throughput and reduce latency for compatible devices. The unit works alone or expands with any AiMesh-compatible ASUS router.

AiProtection Pro and Smart Home Master

Commercial-grade AiProtection Pro powered by Trend Micro provides subscription-free network security scans and intrusion prevention. Smart Home Master lets you create up to three separate SSIDs for IoT, guest and primary traffic, with integrated VPN client and server support. Parental controls include web and app filters, time scheduling, safe browsing and a reward system for managed profiles. A USB 3.0 port enables 4G or 5G mobile tethering as a failover WAN source.

Twelve internal antennas and multi-gig ports

Twelve internal antennas and sixteen front-end modules radiate coverage in all directions without external aerials.
