The copper cold plate comes with pre-applied thermal compound. Builders who need a smaller radiator or air-cooling clearance cannot use this unit.

3.5 inch LCD display and pump constraints

The integrated 3.5 inch LCD shows live hardware data or custom GIF animations. The 8th generation Asetek pump runs a three-phase motor for higher flow and lower noise. Daisy-chain magnetic fans simplify cabling but require compatible headers. Systems without a 12 V RGB header or sufficient fan connectors cannot use the lighting and speed control features.
