G1/4 Thread Compatibility and Seal Limits

Each fitting uses the standard G1/4 thread found on most water-blocks, radiators, reservoirs and distribution plates. The copper construction resists corrosion inside typical coolant chemistries, while the compressed O-ring provides the primary seal. Over-tightening with excessive torque can damage threads or deform the O-ring, so the practical limit is the mechanical strength of the mating component rather than the fitting itself.

Four-Port Closure and Customisation Headroom
