It uses a 3 mm thick copper base with micro water channels to draw heat away from the processor and maintain stable temperatures under heavy workloads. The package includes a 4 gram tube of Dracaena thermal compound paste so the block is ready to install immediately.

Builders assembling a custom liquid loop for any of the listed AMD desktop platforms will find the block fits the 50 mm × 50 mm base footprint and 62 mm × 62 mm top cover dimensions. The 4-pin fan connector allows pump or fan speed control through standard motherboard headers.
