The 12 LFF drive bays accept 3.5-inch SATA drives, making the chassis suitable for capacity-focused deployments. No drives are included in this configuration.

Single Xeon Silver 4210 with ten cores

The installed processor provides ten cores and a 13.75MB cache at a base frequency of 2.2GHz. A second socket is available on the motherboard for future CPU expansion up to two processors. Memory capacity can scale to 3TB using DDR4 modules across the remaining DIMM slots. This CPU choice determines the baseline compute throughput for virtualisation or database tasks.

Smart Array P816 controller and dual 800W supplies

The integrated Smart Array P816i-a SR Gen10 controller with 4GB cache manages RAID across the 12-bay backplane. Dual hot-plug 800W Flex Slot power supplies provide redundancy for continuous operation. Network connectivity includes two 10GbE and two 1GbE ports via an Intel I350/X540 adapter. Remote management is handled by HPE iLO Advanced for out-of-band administration.
