1TB DDR4 ECC RDIMM kit for Thinkmate servers

This 1 TB kit contains eight 128 GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMMs built for Thinkmate RAX-XS4-11S3-SH rackmount servers. ECC and registered operation protect data integrity in mission-critical workloads. The modules run at 1.2 V with CL22 latency and a 4Rx4 organisation. They are validated for the specified Thinkmate platform.

Upgrade from smaller or slower DDR4 RDIMM sets

Replacing lower-capacity or lower-speed registered ECC kits lets the server address larger datasets and sustain higher throughput. The jump is worthwhile when current memory limits virtual-machine density, database caching or scientific computing performance. Only systems that already support DDR4 3200 registered ECC can use this kit.

Verify slot count, rank limits

Confirm the server has eight free 288-pin DDR4 RDIMM slots and that its memory controller accepts 4Rx4 modules at this capacity. Check the Thinkmate qualified-vendor list or system manual to ensure 128 GB per DIMM is supported. The kit includes no heat spreaders, so airflow must meet the vendor’s thermal requirements.
