Server memory kit

This 128GB kit contains four 32GB DDR3L 1600 CL11 registered ECC modules built for Supermicro X9QRi and X9SRD motherboards. The 240-pin RDIMMs operate at 1.35V and use a 4Rx4 organisation. They are intended for workstation, server or NAS platforms that require registered error-correcting memory and cannot accept unbuffered DIMMs.

Sustained operation

ECC circuitry detects and corrects single-bit errors during continuous workloads, helping maintain data integrity in multi-user or virtualised environments. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing all four modules to run at the rated PC3L-12800 speed without signal degradation over long periods. The low-voltage DDR3L design keeps power draw modest under constant utilisation.

Build and connectors

Modules ship without heat spreaders, relying on chassis airflow for cooling in dense server configurations. Each 240-pin DIMM follows JEDEC and RoHS standards, ensuring mechanical fit in the target Supermicro slots. The kit is validated for the X9QRi and X9SRD series only; it will not work in standard desktop boards or systems that require unbuffered memory.
