This registered ECC module is built for QNAP rackmount and tower NAS models including the TDS-h2489FU, TVS-h474, TVS-h674, TVS-h874 and TS-1655. It will not work in standard desktop computers and cannot be mixed with unbuffered memory.

Single 32GB module upgrades capacity

The kit consists of one 32GB DDR4 3200 PC4-25600 CL22 2Rx4 288-pin 1.2V registered DIMM. It replaces QNAP part numbers RAM-32GDR4ECK0-RD-3200, RAM-32GDR4ECK1-RD-3200 and RAM-32GDR4ECT0-RD-3200 for a direct slot-in upgrade.
