The Partaker A13-PA-190TPC-CE5B(J19) is an 18.5" industrial panel PC built for continuous operation. It combines an Intel Celeron J1900 processor, 8GB DDR3L memory, and a 128GB mSATA SSD behind a high-temperature 5-wire resistive touchscreen rated IP65. The fanless aluminium chassis runs silently in 0–50°C environments, making it suitable for factory automation, kiosk, or machine-interface deployments where dust and moisture are present.

Embedded mounting with buckle kits included

Installation uses the supplied embedded buckle kits that fit a 454 x 276.5mm cut-out; wall, desktop, or cantilever mounting are also possible. The 12V DC jack accepts 100–240V AC via the bundled adapter, and the system supports automatic power-on after power failure. A single Mini PCIe slot with a SIM holder allows optional Wi-Fi or 4G expansion, while three COM ports, VGA, LAN, audio, and six USB ports (one USB3.0, five USB2.0) handle legacy and current peripherals without extra adapters.

Verify cut-out, voltage, and storage limits

Before ordering, confirm the panel cut-out matches 454 x 276.5mm and that a 12V DC supply is available at the mounting location. The resistive touchscreen requires pressure input and does not support multi-touch gestures. Storage expansion is limited to one additional 2.5" SATA drive; the mSATA slot is occupied by the 128GB SSD. Operating temperature drops to 0–40°C if a mechanical hard drive is installed instead of solid-state storage.
