It combines a 512GB M.2 SATA SSD and a 1TB 2.5" SATA HDD behind a 15.6" TFT LED display. The front panel carries an IP65 rating and a high-temperature 5-wire resistive touchscreen. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed for immediate deployment in industrial environments.

Sustained-load behaviour

Passive aluminium cooling keeps the system silent while dissipating heat from the J6412, which reaches up to 2.60 GHz. Operating temperature limits are 0 to 50°C with the SSD and 0 to 40°C when the mechanical hard drive is active. The watchdog timer runs to 255 levels for automatic recovery if a process stalls. Brightness holds at 250 cd/m² with a 1000:1 contrast ratio across 80° viewing angles.

Installation and common issues

The unit measures 392.6 x 241.7 x 54.5 mm and requires a 386.5 x 236 mm cut-out for embedded mounting; VESA 75, wall, desktop or cantilever options are also supported. A 12V DC supply is mandatory — the box includes a 100-240V AC adapter and embedded buckle kits.
